Walks take place on the fourth Wednesday of each month excluding December. We walk at a leisurely pace for approximately 1.5 to 2 hours emphasising fun social walking while getting gentle exercise. The walks will be around the local area with starting points accessible by public transport. Previous walks have included Highwoods Country Park, Wivenhoe Woods and Charter Woods.

All walkers should dress appropriately for the weather conditions. No dogs.
