Before the talk about "All aboard the bus" there will be an annual general meeting where the formalities listed below take place.

1 Receive the Trustees' reports and annual accounts for the previous year
2 Appoint an independent Examiner
3 Election of committee members
4 Any other resolutions

This should only last about 15 minutes.
