Notice is hereby given that the AGM of Colchester u3a will be held by postal and electronic means on Wednesday 17 September 2025 at 2:00pm.
This is in line with the resolution passed by the Trustees on Tuesday 10 June 2025.
The business of the meeting shall be as follows:
1 Receive the Trustees' reports and annual accounts for the previous year
2 Appoint an independent Examiner
3 Election of committee members
4 Any other resolutions
